A slower rhythm, room by room.
The brief
A residential study centred on rest. Soft daylight, deep thresholds and a restrained palette give the rooms a sense of shelter without closing them off from their surroundings.
Spatial approach
The plan brings the living and sleeping spaces into a calm sequence. Low furniture keeps sightlines open, while changes in texture establish more intimate areas.
In the details
Timber brings warmth to pale mineral surfaces. Upholstery softens their edges, and concealed lighting leaves the character of each material in focus.
